Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez party with billionaires David Geffen and Lloyd Blankfein in Spain

Jeff Bezos and girlfriend Lauren Sanchez took their love to the high seas on Tuesday, with the pair meeting up with David Geffen and his crew of billionaires and fashion plates in Spain.

Geffen, who has been cruising the Mediterranean on his $200 million yacht Rising Sun for close to two months now, posted a photo of the group just off the coast of Mallorca.

Geffen and Bezos were seen sitting next to fellow billionaire Lloyd Blankfein and his wife Laura, while posing behind the men were supermodel Karlie Kloss and Joshua Kushner, Sanchez, Hollywood adviser Michael Kives and his wife Lydia, and Mikey Hess.

There was some distance between Bezos and Sanchez, unlike their first public appearance at Wimbledon last month. The two also were seen together on Saturday when Tony Gonzalez, Sanchez’s ex and the father of her son, was inducted into the NFL Hall of Fame.

The pair made their debut in the royal box at the All England Club for the men’s final, where they spent a good portion of the match necking and nuzzling while just three rows behind Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge.

Bezos looked a bit glum in the photo, one day after his net worth took a massive hit when global stocks plunged after China devalued the yuan its lowest point in over a decade.

That move proved costly to Bezos, who lost $3.4 billion in just one day as the Dow closed 767 points down.

Had that happened just one month ago, it would have saved him millions in alimony.

Not spotted was Hess’ fiancee and Meghan Markle’s best friend Misha Nonoo, who had been aboard Geffen’s yacht the previous day as seen in a photo he posted to Instagram.

Given the fact that the group looked to be on a smaller vessel, Nonoo may have agreed to snap the photo posted on Tuesday in the absence of crew members.

This is Bezos and Sanchez’s first time on Rising Sun, and it seems that the two may have just met up with Geffen for the day.

The picture posted by Geffen on Monday shows the same group, minus the newly-divorced Amazon founder and his former mistress, posing at sunset on the deck of Rising Sun.

‘Fun in Mallorca,’ Geffen captioned the photo.

Many of those guests have been joining Geffen on his yacht for years, with the Kiveses, Kloss, Kushner, Hess and Nonoo all with the music man this same time last year.

They were joined on that trip by billionaire Henry Kravis and his wife Marie-Josee as well as one of the biggest stars in the world – Paul McCartney and his wife Nancy.

Geffen posted a photo at the time of his guests grabbing lunch at the famed Hotel La Scoglio, whose outdoor seating is right on the water.

Geffen wrote about the ‘fabulous lunch’ before later sharing a group shot aboard Rising Sun.

He also posted one picture of himself and Kives, Kushner and Hess.

Geffen spends most of his time at sea these days, and throws quite the party.

Rita Wilson rang in her birthday back in 2016 aboard the yacht and Oprah did the same in January.

The boat has hosted a number of other guests as well, including Dasha Zhukova and her boyfriend Stavros Niarchos, Wendi Deng and Princess Beatrice, Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom, Chris Rock, Bruce Springsteen and countless others.

Divorce documents and an SEC filing obtained by DailyMail.com reveal that Bezos transferred shares equal to four percent of the company’s outstanding common stock when his split was finalized by the court.

That could not happen however until 90 days after the initial filing under state law in Washington, where the two own a massive Mercer Island property.

This means that the $35.85 billion settlement Ms. Bezos was reported to be receiving on April 4 was not an accurate sum, with that number drastically increasing and deceasing every time Amazon stock fluctuated over that three-month period.

In the end, Mackenzie managed to pocked an additional $3 billion because of that waiting period, with stock increases putting the value of her stock at $38.3 billion when a King County judge signed the divorce order last Friday.

The Petition for Divorce was filed by Mackenzie on March 28 in King County, Washington.

There were few surprises in that filing, save for the fact that the richest man in the world was still living in the same house as his estranged wife.

‘We were married on September 4, 1993 at Palm Breach Florida,’ read the petition.

‘We currently live in the same household.’

The two at the very least had their space despite being under the same roof, as their marital home in Mercer Island is a $80 million compound with a boat house, guest house, docks, and a pool on close to 10 acres of land.

Mackenzie also confirmed that the couple did not have a prenuptial agreement, and that the two parties instead relied on a Separation and Property Settlement Agreement to split their marital assets.

That meant that Mackenzie could have made a case to walk off with more than half of her husband’s wealth, but instead opted not to receive any spousal support or even have her lawyer’s fees covered by her ex.

The lawyers hired to handle the split were also not Hollywood heavy hitters like some reports had initially claimed, and instead two local law firms represented the couple.

On April 4 the pair went public with the news, the same day that the Petition was formally filed in King County.

Mackenzie claimed on Twitter that she handed all of her interests in the Washington Post and space-exploration company Blue Origin to her husband, but that was not detailed in any of thedivorce filings.

The two also had to take a class regarding the parenting of their four children, just like every other divorced couple is required to do in Washington.

One day after Bezos announced he had filed for divorce, Sanchez followed suit.
